No matter what a counselor's degrees are, or what the therapist's philosophy is regarding counseling, the most important thing in a therapeutic relationship is feeling safe and comfortable with your therapist. Sometimes that's just about the gut feeling you have when sitting with the counselor. I offer a straight forward, non-judgmental environment where we will work together to understand the issues that confront you. From this understanding, you will be able to move forward, improving the quality of your life and your relationships. Change can be scary and uncomfortable but also incredibly rewarding.
